Do you need urgent Help?

If your life is at risk right now

If you are thinking about suicide and feel unsafe or have seriously harmed yourself:

  • Call 999 for an ambulance or go straight to A&E.

  • If you are outside of the UK, call 112 for Emergency Services.

The same advice stands if someone you know has suicidal thoughts and feels unsafe or has seriously harmed themselves.

If you can't do this by yourself, please ask someone to help.

If your life is not at immediate risk, but you need urgent help.

  • Make an emergency appointment at your GP.

  • Call 111

Remember, you deserve help. Mental health emergencies are serious. You are not wasting anyone's time.
